These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OpenList (openlistapp.com), a local classifieds marketplace ("OpenList," "we," "us"). By creating an account, posting a listing, or otherwise using OpenList, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or post a listing. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
When you post a listing, photos, or a message, you're responsible for that content. You represent that you have the right to sell or offer whatever you're listing, that the listing is accurate, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. By posting content, you grant OpenList a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

Listings for vehicles must accurately describe the vehicle's condition, title status, mileage, and history to the best of the seller's knowledge. Dealers and business accounts are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and dealer-licensing laws in the jurisdictions where they operate.
OpenList is a venue that connects buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any transaction between users, and we don't inspect, guarantee, or take title to items listed on the platform. You're solely responsible for evaluating and completing transactions with other users, including verifying condition, ownership, and payment. We recommend meeting in safe, public locations and using secure payment methods.

We may remove listings, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create risk or legal exposure for OpenList or other users, with or without notice.
OpenList is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any transaction will be successful or safe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenList and its owners and operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a transaction between users, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use OpenList after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
